Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place a rental order with Sideline Pros (SLP).
By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Rental Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received; normal wear and tear accepted.
Do not leave items unattended or exposed to theft.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery location: SLP staff will deliver all rentals to the starting field, where they may be picked up.
If your field or game time changes, you must notify SLP as soon as possible so we can re-route delivery.
After your final game, place all rental items back to the designated pickup spot.
4. Damage, Loss & Waivers
Customers are financially responsible for repair or replacement if items are lost, stolen, missing parts, or returned in unusable condition (beyond normal wear and tear).
An optional Damage Waiver — $15 per order may be purchased to cover accidental damage during normal use.
Not covered: loss or theft; weather/wind damage; negligence or misuse (e.g., not staking tents, standing on chairs, leaving items out overnight); cosmetic wear; damage off-site from the tournament.
If you decline the Damage Waiver, you agree to pay the replacement values below. Your card on file may be charged after inspection; SLP will email an itemized invoice with photos.
The Damage Waiver is not insurance. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
Replacement Values (update to your actual costs):
Standard Chair — $130
Cleaning (excessive mud/spills) — $15 per item
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: full refund.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or unused rentals are non-refundable.
If a tournament is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, SLP will issue a credit for future rentals.
SLP may refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including item availability, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, or misuse.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
SLP is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of rental items.
Rentals are provided “As Is” and “As Available.” No guarantee services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SLP’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.
7. Termination of Service
SLP may suspend or terminate rentals if terms are violated, including misuse of equipment, fraudulent activity, or failure to return items.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
